Your bank information, your revenue numbers, your MCA positions — none of it is ever sold to anyone under any circumstances. Ever.
We never share your information with funders without your direct permission.
If you want to see offers from funders on our platform you choose to do that. We never send your information anywhere without you explicitly saying yes first.
We make money from funders competing for your business — not from selling you to the highest bidder.
When quality funders want access to merchants on our platform they pay us a subscription fee. You never pay anything.
We will always tell you the truth even when it is not what you want to hear.
If your MCA situation is critical we will tell you exactly how critical. If a deal is dangerous we will say it is dangerous. No softening. No spin. Just the truth.
These are not terms and conditions. They are commitments. If we ever break any of them you should leave and tell everyone. We mean that.
