Privacy Policy

We collect only what you voluntarily provide. This includes your business name, business type, monthly revenue, funding position details including funder names, amounts, factor rates, and payment amounts, phone number if you sign up for daily warning texts, and email address if you request reports or sign up for waitlists.

We never collect your bank account numbers, routing numbers, Social Security number, tax identification number, or any government-issued identification. Bank connection features are not yet available.

We use your information solely to calculate your funding costs, populate your personal dashboard, send you daily warning texts if you requested them, and send you reports or notifications if you requested them. We use your information for nothing else.

We never sell your information to any third party under any circumstances. We never share your information with funders without your explicit permission. We never call you. We never add you to marketing lists without your direct consent. We never use your data to train artificial intelligence models. We never sell insights or analytics derived from your personal financial data.

All data transmitted to and from Vorina is encrypted using 256-bit TLS encryption. Data stored uses AES-256 encryption at rest.

Your data is stored securely in the United States. We retain your data for as long as you use Vorina. If you request deletion we remove your data within 48 hours and confirm by email. We do not retain personal data after a confirmed deletion request.

You may request complete deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@vorina.app with the subject line Delete My Data. We confirm deletion within 48 hours. You may also request a complete copy of your data by emailing hello@vorina.app with the subject line Data Request.

If we make material changes we will notify you by email if you have provided one and update the Last Updated date.

If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — though we want to be clear that we never sell your personal information under any circumstances. You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise any of these rights email hello@vorina.app with the subject line California Privacy Request. We respond within 45 days as required by law.
